Nashville has been a big Californian magnet as of lately, and it's drastically changing the town for the worse. Nashville now resembles a slightly cheaper Austin nowadays rather than it's own thing. It's expensive and crowded, and it will only get worse. Give Nashville some more time and there will be a big homeless problem as well.

Bad traffic, crowds everywhere and horrible pay. Prices have gone up and wages stay the same. A lot has changed in the city due to a lot of the d bag transplants. This place has changed for the worse.
