As others have mentioned, yes it rains. A lot. Six months of the year are grey, overcast, wet and cold. But that's not just Hillsboro or Portland. Its the entire coastal pacific northwest of the Rocky Mountains, from San Francisco to Vancouver, BC.The summer is beautiful. Come and visit some time.
