Greenwich - Nice but you pay

Cost of living, especially utilities is high. Even have a 'special' gas surcharge at the pump for those living (and buying) in lower Fairfield County. At the same time real estate taxes are quite low. Those posted here on the site paint an untrue picture; appears to be about twice above actual cost.
