1. Pinetop-Lakeside is not an "Indian town", nor is it poor. It does border the Fort Apache reservation, but it is not a part of it. I cannot remember the last time a democrat won any election here (may be one of the issues with slow economic growth here, but who knows...). Not sure if you are thinking of another place, but your suggestions are seriously misguided.
