With horse riding trails weaving in and out of neighborhoods Bonita is every thing it's name means. Beautiful and quiet yet just minutes from down town San Diego, the Mixcan boarder, beaches and the mountains. The sunshines 263 days out of the year and you don't need to own a heavy coat. The homes here are up scale and for the most part $800K and above. Lots are large and so are the homes. There is very little new construction in Bonita because there is almost no land to build on. Most of the homes were built between 1970 and 2000. All of the neighborhoods are good to live in Bonita. Most of the homes are California style homes. This is a wonderful place to live.
