No jobs, nothing to do for retirees, nothing to do for teens or children. If you are not connected to local families you will never be accepted. Before even considering moving here already have a job. So many people move here only to find they cannot get work that will pay more than min wage. Hospital is dreadful everyone drives over an hr to get better healthcare.
Crime rate is going sky high. Cost of living his very high due to zero competition.
