Mountains to sea wirh great climate!

I've lived here almost 40 years and taught economics in the local community college. Ideally situated between Greensboro NC and Roanoke VA. Low housing prices, crime rate, and taxes. Within 50 minutes can access over 200 restaurants and Blue Ridge Parkway----all with small town feel and friendly neighbors.

Good morning. I'm looking for bare minimum snowfall and cold days and nights. Retired early thru union. Looking for cheap real estate and cost of living. What do you think, Martinsville area?
