New homes continue to pop up all over the southern suburbs of Cleveland. North Royalton is less costly than its neighbors, Strongsville, Broadview Hts. and especially Brecksville. It is also centrally located near 3 major interstates, I-71, I-77 and I-80 (Ohio Turnpike), making north-south and east-west travel very convenient. New home prices vary widely from $150,000 to over a million dollars (mostly in Brecksville).
