We're looking for a moderate climate.
Waukegan is on Lake Michigan and could have a dynamic vibrant downtown but it doesn't. Great master plan if somehow Waukegan can attract the money needed to make it happen.

My husband & I lived in Waukegan, IL when he was stationed at Great Lakes Naval Station in 1971. I liked Waukegan & always enjoyed going to Chicago & Lake Forest, IL. Beautiful state. I’m from Washington state & I’m back in WA. ????
