Eastman is a semi-planned community in the Village of Grantham, NH. It is roughly 18 miles south of Hanover ... home of Dartmouth College and 12 miles north of New London, NH ... home of Colby Sawyer College. Healthcare in the area is superb with the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and Clinic to the north and New London Hospital to the south. We are about 2 hours from Boston; 1 hour from Manchester and less to Concord, NH. Plenty of skiing in the area in the winter and Eastman lake as part of the community.
