I love this place. World class museums, renowned symphony and theater, a food scene the world is finally starting to take notice of. Plus great local music, excellent nightlife, and an attitude that is half Texan friendly and half big city mind your business.
Yeah, its hot. Unspeakably so. And wet. We live in a drained swamp. The traffic sucks. Transit is getting better but still a major headache.
Warts and all, its a great city.
