A safe neighborhood

Covington is relatively safe. Our idea of crime is when someone drives on the park grass. We had a rash of vehicle thefts a couple of years ago, but they caught the group responsible and it's been quiet since. We feel safer in Covington than either west (in Kent) or east (in Black Diamond).
