Good place to set down roots and live an affordable life style. Disagree with Stacy about it being more expensive then H town. Not sure what part you are describing?. Stacy make netter financial decisions.

Affordable lifestyle? Whatever. Unless you run to church, stuff your face at restaurants, or go to the movies constantly, there IS no lifestyle. This place is an intellectual dead zone. Filled with narrow minded hypocrites who think that you have to be a Bible and gun toting redneck to be an American. This place SUCKS. Just nothing but a large small town and always will be.
