Ventura was once Paradise, it is now the Homeless Capitol of the USA. There are beggars on every corner. They have not only built houses behind the houses but, they have built apartments behind houses. The cost of living has exceeded possibility for the working class. The County Government throws away our tax dollars and changing from county workers to out of county corporations. They have destroyed our Paradise!
