My wife and I live in a Del Webb retirement community - called Sun City West, in Phoenix Arizona. Since I am now in my early seventies, it has proven to be just perfect for us. We purchased an older 1988 home; however, I have completely remodeled the home to more than like-new. I am actually a retired Honeywell computer hardware/software engineer; however I have been a full time Realtor for 13-years and own a web design company where we develop internet web sites. Living in Phoenix in the retirement community allows an easy, enjoyable lifestyle, although I do spend a great amount of my time in my businesses. I've actually lived in the Phoenix valley since 1960, an although the summers are hot, it's nothing now like it was in the 60's. The winters area absolutely perfect. It's the perfect place to live!
