Lived here quite a long time.
The positive, the weather, low traffic, low cost of living, fun things to do, friendly people, sense of community.
The negative, drug problem, meth houses in certain areas so make sure in ask around the neighborhood before you buy, the infrastructure is a little shaky, town on the verge of bankruptcy you sure that now and then, the water don't drink it, I wouldn't grow my vegetables in the soil either, needs more restaurants, people are friendly but as in any small town gossip e and can be a bit cliquish with those that have been here for a while, only one grocery store, law enforcement is ineffective with dealing with the drug problem, I would come here and rent before I would buy.
