I love where I live, I rent right now and would love to purchase a home, but Long Island, NY is becoming the land for the wealthy. If you're lucky enough to find a home selling under $400,000 it's so small and not worth the money. Joining this website will I'm sure help me find other communities like mine but cheaper.
