This ad was written by someone in real estate who is currently living in a gated community and trying to get your business. For the rest of you - Fort Myers is less than the paradise presented here. It is HOT and sweaty here all year round, rains all the time, and FM holds the records for sweltering heatand high humidity during the summer which lasts from March to December. This is a high crime, high traffic city with horrible schools and people everywhere you go. Cost of living is HIGH for what you get. If you want to live in an armpit, come live in Fort Myers.
