Small Town in the Big City

Kirkwood is small town living at its best, even though it's located smack dab in the middle of metro St. Louis. The community is made up of statley historical homes on ancient oak and sycamore lined streets. Downtown Kirkwood consists of several blocks of unique shops and resturaunts. New apartments and lofts are springing up everywhere, including an old cinema converted into lofts. Also downtown is Kirkwood Amtrak Station, an historical and very uniquely designed train station.
