Not a bad place

This is a small town just north of Modesto. The town sprouted overnight with the housing boom. Has the convenience of the big box retailers, but the smaller town feel. There are a couple family docs and dentists. An orthodontist and an optometrist. The housing is a little more affordable than Modesto, and has a nice movie theater.
