What is the crazy' man's problem?

Let's see why this man complains. First his friend worked at our neighbor store and she put in complaints to the health department whild working there and pretending to be friends with the owner. Then a fence went up on the outside of the man's home. He was told to move his front fence off property lines becuase he had placed it on city property./ He became angry. Also,he was fired from being an inspector due to lack of performing duties. He is still employed by another town who is constantly watching to see if he truly appears on the job. Years ago there was a sign in his yard that literally read : All Stray dog on this property will die. This was horrible to say the least and even worse, gramatically incorrect. He has been known to kill animals by shooting them, poisining them and even blocking the street with his own vehicle to keep others from passing. When the city put in a ban on fireworks he and his friend shot them off anyway and lied to everyone concerned about their home and the fire ban. The street has been open to public access years (over 50) before the man moved to this town. He even had the city mayor and the county stopped the reconsturctionn on this street with strange documents. The county has now refused to work on the much needed repairs on the street. He has a person on his property that was arrested for buying marijuana from a city garbarge truck. If this man doesn't like the "politics" in our little town, then by all means he needs to leave. We do not need people in our town that want to disrupt a small community and bring drugs into it and we are supposed to sit by and turn a blind eye. Be careful if you are near his house as there is a pit bull at every corner and do not forget barrels blocking the path of anyone who tries to enter the street. He at one time even had signs that read "This is private property and you are being recorded" On a public street. Get out we are sick of you and threats!
