I had a villa there 6 yrs ago i loved it it was 1 level easy to maintain.,The area i thought was very nice lots of resturants close to clerwater beach,st pete,airport and hospital. Also 45 minutes to see the rays play,also tampa bay bucks nice mall also. Mom died had to sell i am a bronx boy all my life i would advise if u are looking and do not know where to go check it out.
