Batesville is getting there

I disagree that Batesville is going nowhere. I was born and raised here. I also happen to work for the Chamber of Commerce in the area, so I can guarantee that Batesville is steadly growing. We have 6 factories, and a new one on the way, 5 parks, a gorgeous river that borders the town with an ampitheatre, that many great names have performed at (including WWE wrestlers, and UFC fighters), a river walk,6 hotels, and the list goes on and on. We have few empty buildings here. When one business moves out, another one takes its place. Working for the Chamber, we get numerous phone calls from out-of-state people wanting to relocate to our "little" town. I believe Batesville has not hit a dead end. I believe Batesville will continue to grow and thrive in this trying economy.
