This review is so spot on in so many ways. I've lived here almost 30 years off and on and it is a ghetto hell hole. The government is corrupted, the city is broke, run down, full homeless and drug users. Even the "law abiding" people are aggressive and violent at the drop of a hat. Please believe you or someone you know will be a victim of crime within months of living here. The culture and ghetto people that live here almost seem proud of how bad it is, like it's some badge of honor.
