Edina MO, we feel it is utopia.

I've lived here for 3 years. It's not perfect but after living Phoenix AZ for 13 years, Edina is a Utopia. It does not have all the bells and whistle the bigger cities have but 24 miles west is Kirksville and 50 miles east is Quincy IL. There is plenty to do there if you need excitement. Edina takes a while to adjust as lifestyle is slower and and simpler. Property prices are good as well as property taxes. And people are friendly.
There is probably better places but we think we found a good one.
