I have been living in the area for 3 months. I have met alot of my neighbors as the have come around to say hello. The area is listed number#1 as far as crime free goes. I couldn't be more happier here and feeling crime free and safe. Schools for kids are a plus. They are rated as an A grade. The area has all your immediate needs as far as shopping and resteraunts are concerned. I'm a half hour from Niagra falls and Seneca Casino. There are plenty of hotels in the area for visitors. There are more than enough parks and recreation areas for your need. If your looking for your cake and eating it too this area is for you.
