ha ha ha ha ha ha ha are you serious? maybe back in the 90's it was...we have been here 22 years and we are ready to move on..!!! Pines is becoming just another miami ghetto with thousands of properties unmaintained bcs of the people that have move in here in the last 7/10 years and it will get worse....there will be a time soon a good 30% of the population won't communicate in English, not bcs they are Latins or from another place but bcs they just do not speak the language.......house values are declining rapidly with very unsteady values. one year u see sales for 525K next year , same square feet , same houses selling for 440K.......and thats is Pembroke Pines , the west side , supposedly the more expensive part. stay away from buying a house here, rude people all over, no manners, no education , and what it was very very nice back in 1995/2005 is now a city packed with concrete all over , no Greens , bad politicians, corrupted Cops ...this city has gone from a great city with prizes to just another average broward city
