Review of Pollock Pin,

Nature's Wonderland
Star Rating - 2/16/2011
Pollock Pines has 4 distinct seasons and is truly the best place to live on earth! I disagree with Edde who says we get 7-9' of snow. While we do get snow in my 20+ year history of living in "Nature's Wonderland" I have never seen more than 4' at one time and that was considered "a 100 year storm". We live amongst beautiful Cedar & Oak trees with lots of lakes and rivers. This is a recreational paradise. We're located half way between South Lake Tahoe and Sacramento at 4000' elevation. I am a local RealtorĀ® and as of 2010 the average home sells for $183,000 and the prices are still on the decline (8% in 2010).
