Best Climate in the US

Poway is a town about 20 miles northwest of San Diego. It's temperature is almost always 10 degrees hotter than what is posted for San Diego. It might freeze here once or twice a year. It can get in the 90's for around 2 months, but mainly stays between 50-85 year round.
The public school system is excellent if you like large schools.
The private schools are mostly on the coast. (With the exception of religious schools and charter schools).
We are set on the west side of the mountains that separate us from the
Anza Borrego Desert.
People who come to visit us start to say every morning when they wake up "Oh, another day in paradise" because of the seemingly endless cloudless, sunny days.
