Been living here in Hot Springs area of NC for the past 15 years.Retired and nice being less than an hour to Asheville without having to put up with the high cost of the city and crime.If you don't mind driving 45 min to town and like a quite place with overall great weather.This is for you.Left South Fla in 1999 and made a good choice.
