..have you actually been to tampa? because i've lived here 7 years and i'm going to call BS on 95% of this review.
$1200 for 600 sq ft? paying $1250 for 1150 in new tampa.
40 minutes to drive 6 miles? in what city, exactly?
and predominantly white? tampa is a very diverse city (look at the demographics) with a well preserved cuban history.
literally the only accurate part of this review is the mad max experience that is i4.
