ridgedale apartments on grange ave. and the fountains on national ave... terrible management they fool with the tenants. these are subsidized mind you. if they dont like you they cut off senior dinners on thanksgiving which are free. i have done nothing wrong and they will not send an application for ridgedale. i have called at least 7 times to get in elderly housing..these apartment are run by thugs, as well as the apartments on 9620 west national ave the french quarters. they had a marine as manager, pushing people around. thank you
