Review of Tulsa, Oklahoma

Tulsa is a wasteland
Star Rating - 2/22/2018
Don’t move to Tulsa. Crime is off the charts here. Everywhere you go, no matter the side of town, you will run into hateful, rude, dishonest people. The crime statistics here don’t even scratch the surface of how much illegal activity goes on in this city. The schools are terrible. The police force is corrupt and engages in illegal activity on a regular basis, but never get caught because it’s a good ol boy environment. Oklahoma has more women incarcerated than any other state. Oklahoma has the second or third highest suicide rate in the nation. In 2017, Tulsa was rated as the 12th most dangerous city in the United States. Everywhere here people bully and backstab others. Bullying is just normal behavior here. Healthcare in Tulsa is terrible. There is a huge shortage in doctors. For an initial appointment you will usually have to wait months to get in to be seen. Oklahoma’s government is a joke. They have huge budget shortfalls and fail to get anything done week after week. Domestic abuse is extremely high here probably because the police ignore it. Tulsa and the state of Oklahoma as a whole is a terrible place to live. Everyone i’ve known that left Oklahoma have had a significant improvement in all areas of their life. There are very few people i’ve met or known here that I can honestly say was a good or even decent person. When I leave, I will not stay in touch with a single person from the pathetic wasteland that is Tulsa, Oklahoma. Please don’t make the mistake of moving here. It won’t take long until you can’t wait to get out.

You're so correct...the dumbest state that I've had the misfortune of living in. If you're someone with a ounce of morals, integrity and a sound mind...you will be bullied by inbreds and hillbillies.

You are exactly correct about Tulsa, Oklahoma...it is a POC. I moved here for a work contract and rented an apartment for 8 months(BIG mistake) but don't worry I bought a house in another state where the city is clean, well educated..(you get it). I will only come back to Tulsa for a 6 figure contract, bank the $$$ THEN BYE TULSA, OK!!!
