Don't come here, it is ruined

Born in Portland, it used to be a beautiful city and a lively downtown. NOW...downtown is completely destroyed. All the good places are gone, no one wants to go near the city. All roadsides are garbage dumps and slums because the idiot city leaders had so many giveaway programs for homeless. Most people I know have left or are leaving. I have my sights on another state as well. Too bad, why do rejects ruin so many places???
