Wonderful Climate

We live in southeast Orange County, California, in the canyon area just east of the 241 Toll Road. It is a beautiful part of Orange County with mostly clear bright blue skies, warm days and cool evenings. We are about 20 minutes east of the beach, which tends to be 10-15 degrees cooler and overcast more than the canyon area. Our immediate area includes Trabuco Canyon, Rancho Santa Margarita, Las Flores, Coto de Caza & Ladera Ranch.
