I am from Louisville too. Unfortunately I don't see it from your perspective. The city is over ran by homeless and by drug-addicted people. On the corners under the bypasses is spilling over into the county areas. Louisville has become a very unsafe and a very unattractive out of date City. Would not recommend anyone to move here.

This city is NOT SAFE. The city government, does not have the will to make it safe. The police are told to under report the seriousness of the crimes committed here. Your insurance rates on both home and car will at the very least triple if not go up five times what you’re paying now. Plus you will have the added expense of having to replace everything that you do not have chained up because it will be stolen. I have been robbed nine times in the same number of months in 2020. We will also have the highest water/sewer bill you’ve ever seen in your life. And the health care here is nowhere near as good as they try and tell you it is. So unless you are a criminal this is not the city for you.
