Great Place to Raise a Family

While best know for its Premium Outlets, Camarillo is a well-kept secret for a little town to raise a family. Camarillo is a small town with a very good quality of life and plenty of local things to do with the kids. Although it is a small town, it is perfectly situation where it is a 30 minute drive to Santa Barbara and about an hour to Los Angeles if you desire the big city getaway. Weather is perfect if you love the outdoors, beaches, camping, hiking and nature.
The only real negatives to Camarillo would be the housing prices, like most of California a pricey and because there are a lot of farms in the area, people with allergies should think twice about locating here. Very bad for people with allergies.
