i think louisville deserves the recognition by the fed government to be up graded to improve its living conditions to enable a cleaner better safer more respectable living environment for one of miss,favorite cities,a city of old culture that once made a lot of people happy ,it was safe an drug free environment,and should be a place where there is peace an tranquility once again,a place many people once called home an were proud to do so,lets rebuild a spot on miss,map that deserves it s respect as it once had...louisville ms,,maybe a metropolitan area,as jackson ms,,meridian ms,greenville ms,lets do what needs to be done ,a safer louisville one we all can enjoy.
