Sadly, this is an accurate description. I'm a long-time commuting resident of an upscale golf resort in Kissimmee, it was an investment, but, is full of undesirables. Covid has multiplied the problems. Airbnbs are full of degenerates and criminals, you can view their posts of all night parties, with strippers, guns, throwing cash around in the resort mansions, online. Police reports confirm criminals are hiding in Airbnb rentals, here.
