No social life, limited resources, dirty roads with potholes, unclean people, litter, no recreational resources of any value. Employment opportunities don't exist, lack of cultural events.

I totally agree. My husband had to come here for work. It is the most dirty, uneducated, crime riddled, unfriendly, and pathetic place I have ever been. I am looking for anywhere else to wait out the 5 yrs til his retirement. I just cannot stay in this hell.
