Mayor Jessie Bloom let the philly crackheads come here for rehabilitation and they did not leave. They brought their criminal ways to the port. This was once a nice town to live in. It really is a shame. I have a lot of good memories there. But nowadays just don't read the Williamsport Sun-Gazette because you will be disappointed unless you like watching cops in 3D. Sorry.
