tiny lots - not great

Rockledge and Viera have tiny housing lots, but the land here is very cheap. Is strange that builders would not have had large lots for most developments. As a result, there is terrible laundry product (the recent stinky toxic stuff) spewing out into the neighborhoods. The air around Viera, especially, is terrible because of this.
You are close to the beach, which is positive. The county is very poor, so most people here don't have money to improve their properties. If you have any assets, you don't want to move here because of all the deadbeats - you'll be paying for them.
If this town and county were not so polluted with all these sickening chemicals, would rate it much higher. Still would have a hard time rating it very high because of the low income.
