My husband grew up here in Maryvale and we moved here about a year ago from Flagstaff. When we first got here, I noticed a lot of young adults that live here and the neighborhood was quiet overall. It wasn't too long after we moved in that there was a robbery across the street and a drug bust at the end of our street. That's a lot to deal with when you just move in. However, we are still here, renting, but trying to move soon! Our house personally hasn't been messed with but we see the police helicopters in the neighborhood daily!
