Dayton is in the middle of Houston and Beumont connected by Hwy 90 and
FM1960. A major intersection for the trucking industry. Along with oil refineries and new biofuel refinery.
A new water park with restaraunts and hotels are being placed in this major intersection. This town has lacked entertainment for kids and is going to draw from all the surrounding areas.
New housing development is all over the place, with curbed streets, fire hydrants, underground power and one way entries into neighborhoods.
