Rapid growth and soaring house prices. This, however, coupled with increased services and shopping.

The township has grown too fast... they were putting houses any and everywhere they could... but they made no allowances for the roads... The cannot support the population. Freemansburg Ave is almost impossible to cross at rush hour... and there are no traffic lights... The area in Miller Heights (by Young's Pharmacy) is a nightmare...

this is true...but the increased services and shopping are limited in Bethlehem Township and the roads can't support the growth with most being of the 2 lane country variety!
