Rikki, this is sad. I hope you feel better soon. You might try moving again to another part of town, or to a different town completely. Find somewhere you think will be better. You don't have to live in a "bad" neighborhood with bad neighbors. You are free. Maybe this website (BestPlaces) can help you.
