Living in Hughson

I've lived in Hughson almost my whole life...probably about half anyway. My dads parents came to Hughson in the 1940's from Arkansas. My dad came here after WW2 ended, me my mom etc. my dads brothers bought parts of my grandparents land and built homes here for their new wives and growing families. So, I now live on Walker Lane because we were the only ones living on it. I have also lived in MODESTO ca, stockton ca, and San Francisco. Hughson can't compare to San Francisco....but it's still a nice place to live. I came back here when my parents needed assistance when they got older and I just never left again. So I'm living in the house my dad built for my mom in 1951. It's small but it's paid for. Crime is nonexistent. I pretty much never even bother licking the doors. Even at night I sleep with the doors unlocked. It's an OKplace and gets better all the time with new comers mixing in with us. COME JOIN IN!
