Review of Dunnellon, Florida

Loving Dunnellon...
Star Rating - 8/24/2019
We moved here a little over a year ago and have found Dunnellon to be a nice, quiet little town. We actually live in Rainbow Lakes Estates about 7 miles outside the city and we love it here-super quiet area. It is a 45 minute drive to Ocala, my hometown, so I'm thankful to have found a good doctor here. For specialists, Ocala is usually where we go. Dunnellon doesn't have a lot of things for younger people to do. They do have Rainbow Springs and River here but we haven't been yet. Home prices area pretty good here, we feel we got a good bargain on ours. We are thinking of moving but ONLY because our kids are more than 8 hours away right now and, due to my physical issues, I am not really able to do much traveling. All in all, I'd move to Dunnellon all over again. Hope this helps!<3

We have spent time in Dunnellon the last couple winters. We are from northern Minnesota. We like the small town feel, the rivers and parks with great walking trails.. It reminds us of back home. We plan to become snowbirds and purchase a small home there.. We like the fact that there are beaches not to far away along with nice golf courses.. We are excited to start our new adventure in Dunnellon...
