Review of Brick, New Jersey

Youth, Drugs, Gangs, & Crime in Brick Township
Star Rating - 4/28/2010
Some of the growing problems in Brick Township are with drugs, crime, and gangs, which no one seems to want to acknowledge. Teens and 20-somethings are heavily involved in drugs and gang activity. Just look at the tags around town and watch the teens. The high schoolers seem to have their own drug network set up. Deliveries are made by car with a simple cell phone call. This is more than kids smoking the occasional joint - this activity takes place on a daily basis, operates openly, and with seemingly near impunity. This once beautiful shore town is going downhill fast, and one day the residents will wake up and ask 'What happened'?
