Pasadena is a great place to live--everything you could possibly want is within striking distance. Dining, bars, movie theaters, grocery stores, and more are all within walking distance. Cultural centers like the Hollywood Bowl and the Disney Concert Hall are 30 minutes away. Beaches from Malibu to Newport are within an 1.5 hours or less, as are the mountains. You can't beat it.
